I am a Certified Meeting Professional and Destination Management Certified Professional helping busy Meeting / Event Planners exceed goals, meet tight deadlines, and not miss a single detail.

As a true veteran of the hospitality industry my background includes a variety of positions such as Convention Resorts in Rooms Sales and Catering Sales as well as Convention Services detailing all aspects of convention groups from Room Blocks, Audio Visual Equipment, VIP Suites, Parking and Shuttle services, Meeting Room Set-Up and Shipping and Receiving of conference materials. Serving as a liaison for meeting planners and all departments ensuring all aspects of the conference are flawless!

My experience also includes several years at a Destination Management Company in  contract negotiation, planning and executing conference event services such as Transportation, Staffing, Theme-Park / Venue Buyouts, Décor Elements and Entertainment Options as well as Complex Billing for conferences that have many moving parts.

I am extremely detailed and organized and able to wear many hats when it comes to planning conferences from a Board Retreat for 15 VIP's to a 2,500 person Annual Sales Conference. Coming from a customer service oriented background gives me the drive to get the job done and exceed expectations every time!
