In my corporate life, strong organizational skills and great attention to detail were required working in a deadline-driven field such as corporate income tax compliance. I was responsible for preparing detailed Excel workbooks using advanced skills, reconciling general ledger accounts, maintaining a tax calendar, and filing annual reports. My experience includes exceptional written and oral communication with internal and external customers, auditors, and state government agencies.
During my tenure as the Treasurer of a 501(c)(3) organization, I gained considerable skills and knowledge of QuickBooks. This included things like accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, PayPal account management, and annual reporting.
